Do you offer a free consultation call?

Absolutely! Send an inquiry to our team and a CaseStory marketer will reach out with time options and a link to a free consultation call during which we discuss your marketing needs, the onboarding process, workflow, and fee estimates. 

What does onboarding look like?

Onboarding consists of establishing file sharing, communication modes, and (ideally) a single point of contact. Working with you and your IT team to onboard CaseStory is always free.

These processes tend to be a bit different for every firm, but usually your IT team can grant limited permissions to CaseStory. If permissions cannot be granted, we will establish a neutral place where your team and CaseStory can share files, like Dropbox, Box, or WeTransfer.

We recommend inviting CaseStory to your firm’s instant messenger for smooth communication. If that is not possible, we can use alternative communication like email or sms text. 

A single point of contact from your marketing team is ideal. This speeds up onboarding, identifies a clear decision maker, and reduces the chance of confusion or miscommunication.

After the initial call, CaseStory will send a follow-up email with a summary of the conversation and a work contract to be signed.

Will this be expensive?

Since CaseStory is a small business, we are able to keep our rates affordable. We provide flexible hourly and retainer rate structures in order to be cost effective and accessible to firms of all sizes. Please contact us for a quote.
